Our Philosophy

LogistiCare isthe nation’s largest manager of non-emergency medical transportation (“NEMT”)programs for state government agencies and managed care organizations. LogistiCareis focused on providing access to convenient, cost-effective, safe and reliabletransportation. In 2019, LogistiCare managed over 63 million trips for morethan 24 million eligible riders in 50 states and the District of Columbia.

During theCOVID-19 pandemic, LogistiCare immediately formulated a task force andimplemented their disaster recovery plan to address the many facets of thecrisis. The company swiftly took stepsto continue operations to meet the life-sustaining needs of their members, keeptheir employees safe, and make sure their transportation provider partnersremained safe and in business. LogistiCare isa corporate sponsor of the National Kidney Foundation (NKF). Thousands of employees across the countryannually participate in fundraising Kidney Walks. Through their fundraising efforts andcorporate contributions, LogistiCare has raised and donated more than $700,000since 2014 to assist NKF with their efforts in the awareness, prevention, andtreatment of kidney disease. LogistiCare also partners with the NKF and theirDrive for Dialysis program where LogistiCare employees create hundreds of carepackages and deliver them to dialysis patients throughout metro Atlanta.

Annually since2009, LogistiCare has held Gobble Up Hunger Food and Clothing drives across thecountry. In 2019, their employees collected nearly 71,000 food and clothingitems for distribution to people in need through local churches, rescuemissions, soup kitchens and shelters.

LogistiCare participates in many local activities in all of their markets across the country. For example, LogistiCare sponsored the 2019 Special Olympics Maine Summer Games and partnered with the United Way of Greater Atlanta to assist with its Shoebox Project to collect toiletries for those in need throughout Atlanta.
