I was able to be seen very quickly which was good as this was a time sensitive issue and Valerie and [Staff] were extremely attentive and helpful.

It took a long time to get to see my provider for the first time (Their office is understaffed). But boy was it worth the wait! I feel much more at ease knowing I have such a great team for a difficult to deal with disease.

Valerie Owens is the absolute best! I spent years being given so much misinformation about my GI issues and she has really worked side by side with me to help me find answers and comfort. Plus, she's an absolute delight.

She was very nice and Knowledgeable. This was for a 2nd opinion only. I spoke with her about something I was considering toward the end of the year and not sure if I am ready to make a change from my current GI doctor. Next thing I know Johns Hopkins was calling to schedule that procedure. She did recommend some test I could consider doing if I chose to go that route and put the order in my chart.

Valerie Owen is hands down the best provider I've ever had. She quickly responds to MyChart messages and schedules tests for any concern I may have. She validates every pain I have and works quickly to see if the next thing will work.
